Location location..this place is close to everything in pigeon forge. Very nice house, the only complaint is the sun coming in the glass windows in living area in the afternoon is brutal. Heats house up 10 degrees and blinding., Also the pool was cold but grandbabies didn't care. Overall super nice and I would rent again.
